American Buttercream: This is truly for the sweet tooth! It is creamy, sweet and versatile. It comes in a variety of flavours and combines well with fresh fruits and nuts

Meringue Buttercream Cakes

Meringue Buttercream.  This is the 'melt in your mouth' frosting. It is perfect for those who do not like overly sweet frosting but want a flavourful silky smooth mouth-feel.

Fondant (Sugarpaste) Cakes

Our Fondant cakes are typically filled with buttercream, ganache, lemon curd or cream cheese, coated with a delicious layer of chocolate and then beautifully frosted with Sugar-paste . Because the frosting protects the delicate cake and filling, this type of cake is less perishable and stays fresh longer than buttercream cakes.

 

They are available in single and multi tier cakes. As with Buttercream cakes, you can choose any or a combination from our cake varieties. We have a variety of even more special fillings and frosting to further enhance your cakes. These cost a little extra but worth every Naira.

  1. Chocolate Ganache: This is a chocolate frosting made from couverture Belgian chocolate. It can be used both to fill or/and frost a cake. Additional cost is from N4000 per cake

  2. Fresh Fruit Fillings/Toppings: Additional cost is fromN2000 per cake

  3. Specialty Cake Flavors/Fillings: Such as Pistachio, Carrot cake, Traditional Fruit cake,Amaretto, Keylime, Irish Cream , Tiramisu etc. Additional cost is fromN2000 per cake

  4. Multiple Flavor Cakes/Frosting: We will gladly combine two or more flavours of your favorite cakes and frosting.Additional cost is fromN1500 per cake
